Ms Yogeswari Preshant

Artistic Director

Ms Yogeswari Preshant has been in the local theatre scene since the age of eleven. She has participated  in various stage, radio and television productions. Besides acting, she has had experience in various theatre roles under her belt. She also has directed two staged theatre productions titled “The Rainbow Fish”, “The Twisted Fairytale”, and  the first ever local bilingual animated film, “Charlotte’s Web'' which was screened at our local Golden Village Cinema at Vivo City.


As a certified Speech and Drama Facilitator, she conducts and designs curriculums for school workshops and programmes.  Currently Ms Yogeswari Preshant is the Founder of ThinkTamil Academy, Thinkkidz Childcare and the Artistic Director of ThinkTheatre. She is also the author of the Appalakutty series, a bilingual book series for kids.

Ms Kausalya Vijayan Kumaran

Associate Director

Ms Kausalya began her journey in theatre at the age of twelve. Since then, she has developed herself as an actor, stage manager, technical director and assistant director. Having worked with several English and Tamil theatre practitioners in Singapore, Ms Kausalya  has also worked with the National Arts Council’s theatre team. Some of the prominent works she was involved in includes NUS Tamil Language Society’s Sangae Muzhangu 2017, Sangae Muzhangu 2019, S.I.T.F.E’s Thuyil, and Damaru Singapore’s Kalinga. She was also the Associate Director of  the bilingual animated film by Thinkkidz, “Charlotte’s Web”. 


With her relevant experience as a curriculum designer and theatre practitioner, she brained ThinkTheatre. Ms Kausalya is currently with ThinkTamil Academy as a Media and Marketing Specialist. She is also the Associate Director of ThinkTheatre.

Mr Madhan Selvam

Associate Director

Mr Madhan has always been on the creative end of the spectrum, which brings about no surprises of his 12 year theatrical experience. From acting to props to make-up and costumes and to directing - Mr Madhan  has done it all. Having worked with various prominent  theatre companies in Singapore, he has a wealth of knowledge in theatre. Some of his prominent works include being the Co-Director of “Iruthiyil Yaar” and the  Associate Director of the bilingual animated film “Charlotte’s Web”.


A trained special needs educator by profession, Mr Madhan has years of experience of working with and teaching children. Mr Madhan is currently with ThinkTamil Academy as Training and Business Development Manager. He is also the Associate Director of ThinkTheatre.
